Peter Singer has apparently paid off some of the other people he's had trouble with. However, all of us who dealt with him and his Semper LLC bullshit now are out of luck because the building is now under ownership of "Lexington Gardens LLC."
That's funny because we had a LEIN on the Semper LLC building before its new ownership, and we were not paid.

Just an update. Still haven't received any more payments since the last little blurb I added to this. Like I said, hasn't been easy. He's just dicking me a round now with yet another lie every time I call him. His latest is that there have been a lot of Jewish holidays and he hasn't been able to cash checks because of this. That makes sense. Anywho, just thought I'd keep you posted.
He has repaid a portion of the money to me, but it hasn't been easy. I've hounded him on a daily basis to get what I can out of him and I took him personally to court rather than Semper LLC. I'm sorry if nobody else has had success at this, but my only piece of advice is to call him on a daily basis and say or do whatever you think is necessary to shake him up. That's what I've done. I contacted Channel 4 as well and was on the news, but at this point I'm laying low because I just want to get the rest of the $900 from him at this point. After that, who knows. I'm more than happy to assist anyone in their venture with him once I've received my last payment. Good luck to the rest of you and I'll keep you posted.
